Residential property:
 
Property marketers and developers have gone through our careful selection process, this includes gaining an understanding of the true development costs, marketing fees and any other cost that are added to the raw development costs. Understanding the cost base is key to evaluating the risk and growth potential of any development opportunity. If any development opportunity has been loaded with unsustainable value premiums, fees and commissions, we simply don’t do business with the promoters of these 'opportunities'. In the "buy to rent" passive investment market, we take the hassle out of selecting and purchasing property by managing every step of the process for you. From arranging financing through to taking care of the conveyancing, we oversee it all. We then ensure the properties are properly tenanted, in many instances even arranging the option of lease backs to secure all rental payments for up to 10 years.
 
Agricultural properties:
